Realme 3 The Best Mid Range Phone for Gaming
The Realme 3 was officially released in the Philippines in March 2019. It is available in three storage variants, 32GB + 3GB is PHP 6,990, the 64GB + 3GB is PHP 7,990 and the 64GB + 4GB is PHP 9,990.
The Realme 3 sports a 6.2" HD+ notched-display powered by a Helio P60/P70 SoC, Android 9 OS, 3/4GB of RAM, 13MP + 2MP main, a 13MP front-facing camera and a 4,230mAh battery.

Realme 3 Spec
The Realme 3 measures at 156.1x75.6x8.3 millimeters and it fairly weighs at 175 grams. You will see that at the back of the device, it is made of durable plastic with a good glossy finish. It uses a unibody design which wraps the whole phone all the way up to the screen. It has no standalone frame, although the curve on the sides is sharp enough to provide for some grip.
Configuration
The Realme 3 has a dual-camera setup at the back for the first time on a Realme device, it has a vertical alignment. The camera on the top is marked with a cool yellow ring, then comes with a depth sensor, and the LED flash is at the bottom. The whole setup is humping just a little bit, but not enough to make the Realme 3 wobble.
It also features a fingerprint scanner which is also at the back, always-on and it's accurate as usual. The Realme 3 looks a lot like the Realme U1 and the Realme 2 Pro in the front side. For its earpiece, it can be found between the frame and the front glass, which is a good Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The Realme 3 has all the essentials on its sides. It has a micro USB port, loudspeaker, and the audio port are all at the bottom. It also has tri-slot which can be found at the left and it can take two Nano-SIM and one microSD cards.
Display
The Realme 3 comes with a 6.2-inch LCD screen. It fairly offers an HD+ resolution. The screen display has a smaller droplet-like notch. For its resolution, it is at 720 x 1,520 pixels and has 88.30 percent screen ratio.
Camera
When it comes with its camera, The Realme 3 upgraded its main camera from the Realme 2 - it now offers 13-megapixel +2-megapixel camera combo. For the front-facing camera, the 13-megapixel sensor has AI Beautification, HDR, and an AI Facial Unlock capability.
Performance
The Realme 3 is packed with MediaTek Helio P70 processor paired with ARM Mali-G72 GPU. It has an ARM Cortex-A73x4 and ARM Cortex-A53x4 CPU type with octa-cores and up to 2.1GHz frequency. It is supported by a 32GB/ 64GB internal storage expandable up to 256GB with either 3GB/ 4GB RAM.
Battery
About its power, the Realme 3 has 4,230 mAh battery. It has the same capacity as the Realme 2. It supports regular 5V/2A charging and the bundled 10W charger, which can restore about 23% of the battery in 30 minutes and 30% in 40 minutes. It is not exactly as fast as other smartphone devices, but as fast as you can expect in this price segment.
